On arrival, staff were taken through an intense aerobic session by a professional trainer to get them in shape for the rest of the day. There was music, laughter and friendship as staff from various departments and branches teased, mingled and danced together.

After breakfast, indoor and outdoor games commenced. A variety of board games including ludo, oware, draught, game of cards among others were played in split groups creating healthy gaming competition and fostering a sense of community among staff.
Various departments also engaged in competitive three legged race and tug of peace, generating fits of amusement and building team spirit. The game of soccer created the most enthusiasm when departments became football teams with supporters cheering on their favourite players to win.  The dynamic Tema team emerged as the winners of the soccer friendlies, celebrating their win with loud cheers when they received their XGL Golden Trophy.
